  • Training and Awareness: We provide training and awareness programs for our employees and key stakeholders to help them recognize and address the risks and signs of modern slavery. This training empowers them to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Collaboration and Engagement: We actively engage with stakeholders, including NGOs, trade unions, and community organizations, to learn from their expertise and collaborate on initiatives to eradicate modern slavery. We also encourage our suppliers and business partners to participate in these collaborative efforts.
  • Reporting and Transparency: We are committed to transparency and accountability. Each year, we publish our Modern Slavery Statement on our website, detailing the actions we have taken to address modern slavery risks. This statement is accessible to the public, allowing stakeholders to review and evaluate our progress.
  • Continuous Improvement: We strive for continuous improvement in our practices and processes to mitigate modern slavery risks. We regularly review and update our policies, procedures, and supplier relationships to ensure alignment with international standards and best practices.

Environmental Policy

Novel Tees is a premium supplier of promotional items, industrial and corporate workwear, uniforms and promotional headwear Australia wide. We have industry experience since 1997 and aim to supply creative products on time and of the high quality that our clients have come to expect.

We are committed to providing our employees with a safe and healthy working environment. We have taken a number of steps to ensure that the impact we have on the environment is minimised as much as possible.

  • Many of our products are made from recycled and environmentally safe materials
  • Our salespeople have been trained in the promotion of environmentally safe products
  • We have introduced a line of clothing that is made from 100% recycled plastic drink bottles
  • Our marketing and advertisements have been changed to reflect our focus on sustainable products
  • We have extended our range of non woven, bamboo tote bags
  • We have completely removed plastic bags from our range

In order to meet our objectives of reducing waste and using more environmentally friendly products, we aim to continue looking for new manufacturers and suppliers of promotional items and clothing that are made from recycled materials.

All new employees are made aware of our environmental policy, and they are encouraged to read and abide by it.
Novel Tees management review this policy annually to determine whether any amendments are required to reflect changes in our business operations over the past twelve months.

  • Associate Health and Safety: We expect our suppliers to prioritize the health and safety of their employees and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to workplace safety
