How Do I Get Prices On Your Products

Novel Tees Promotional Products and Uniforms website is designed to provide customers with prices. Prices are based on decoration that is required and quantity of the product. How Do I Order?

First You can work out what you need using our online prices, add products to the cart and follow instructions at checkout or  You can email, fax or give us a call to place an order. After reviewing all the details you provide, we proceed and create a “Production Sheet” for you to confirm with all the information. We will stipulate what products you ordering, colour, sizes and method of decoration as well as break down of costs and your final total including GST. In some cases artwork approval will be provided at the same time to confirm sizes, position and colours of your logo or design that will be used to decorate products you have selected. But in most cases artwork approval will be provided to customers once production sheets signed and orders are confirmed.
You will have to print it out, sign and fax back to Novel Tees as a confirmation of your order on 03 95322500 or scan and email back to your account manager.

How Long Does It Take?

Some time we can do wonders and have your order ready in just 2 to 3 working days. Our normal turn around time is 7 to 12 working days from artwork approval.

What Formats Of Design Do You Except?

For Embroidery: JPEG, Print Out, Letter Head, Business Cards, etc. For All Others: Illustrator Vector or Corel Draw

What Do We Do If We Don't Have Correct Format?

We can provide services to redraw your designs, cost for artwork will be quoted individually

What Sizes Do I Order?

You should always refer to the descriptions of size and fit for each garment style before ordering. 
On confirmation of your order we can offer to send one of each garment size, for you to try on and choose the right one.
